What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve sales targets by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community interactions

Support team performance by conducting side-by-side selling, coaching, and facilitating sales skill development

Lead weekly sales meetings and assist with key performance indicator reporting

Collaborate with local leadership to drive overall market penetration and sales growth

Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics

Less than 2 years of experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings

Less than 2 years of experience working in a target-driven sales role with a track record of meeting sales targets

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
