Responsibilities

Follow up with team-generated leads and database contacts

Set and attend buyer and seller appointments

Practice scripts and objection handling daily

Track conversations and activity inside the CRM

Host open houses and community events

Communicate consistently with prospects and past clients

Negotiate offers and manage contracts through closing

Participate in team meetings and ongoing skill development

Qualifications

Strong communication and listening skills

Willingness to follow systems and daily accountability

Comfortable making calls and having direct conversations
