Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is the face of the company to many of our customers, vendors and business partners. This position assists customers over the phone, in-person and via email and helps them find anything they need. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help our customers.
Pay rate: $20/hr+ Schedule: Monday through Friday, in-office
Responsibilities Assist customers in person, over the phone and via email Provide pricing and product information, process orders and provide delivery information Source and process special orders and direct shipments Stay current on product knowledge Resolve discrepancies regarding shipments, receipts or other transactions Recommend process improvements and new customer opportunities to supervisors
Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written English language skills Computer literacy and ability to use spreadsheets and software with minimal supervision Strong customer service mindset High level of professionalism Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Motivation, dependability, punctuality and organization skills High school degree or GED certificate required
