The Account Coordinator is the main point of contact for our clients, and provides them monthly bookkeeping services, as well as project management. The Account Coordinator reports to the Account Manager, but also works closely with the rest of the team. With hard work and training, there is great opportunity for advancement with this position. This job can be part time or full time (25 hours per week minimum) depending on candidate's preference.

Responsibilities

Update and manage multiple client Quickbooks files

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Create and update spreadsheets

Perform monthly close and send financial statements to client

Help clients with questions and/or simple training in Quickbooks

Monitor and reply to team email accounts

Call, email, video chat with clients and internal team as needed

Required Skills

Technology - use google products with ease, fast learner with new tech

Customer service - be comfortable on the phone, video chat, etc with clients

Fast Paced - multiple clients handled each month

Self-motivated - remote work requires a less hands on management

Remote work - must have dedicated office space and child care for young children

Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus but not required
