Our fulfillment team focuses on operational excellence, ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will:
Engage with guests to enhance their shopping experience, creating a welcoming environment.
Select and prepare orders for pickup and shipping with high attention to detail.
Utilize tools to assess daily business needs and adapt to changes in guest demand.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Support guest services by assisting with cashier duties and fulfilling order requests.
Maintain an organized workspace and keep supplies stocked.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve fulfillment goals.
