About the Role
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you are an essential part of our fulfillment team, ensuring our guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will engage in activities that include selecting, packing, and shipping products, all while creating a seamless experience for our guests. In this role, you’ll also gain valuable skills and insights into retail operations.
Experience in a dynamic workplace where daily tasks adapt to guest behavior.
Utilize tools to assess business needs and meet digital demand effectively.
Gain knowledge of reporting systems to track and analyze guest traffic patterns.
Learn retail fundamentals, such as sales trends and inventory management.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Engage with guests warmly and assist them while fulfilling orders.
Accurately pick items for order pickup, Drive-Up, and home shipping.
Prepare and sort guest orders using appropriate materials.
Maintain quality and timely delivery with every order processed.
Keep workspaces organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance in all tasks.
Support additional guest service duties as required.

Accurately handle cashier duties when needed.
Comfortably reach up and down ladders as necessary.
Safely move merchandise, lifting up to 4 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with help.
Maintain a flexible schedule and consistent attendance.
Work in varying temperatures and conditions as part of your duties.
Stay mobile throughout your scheduled shift.
