As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will likely include:
Being knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to assist guests effectively.
Creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests while performing daily tasks.
Engaging with guests to understand and resolve their specific needs with a friendly approach.
Thanking guests for choosing to shop with us.
Selecting items for order pickup, drive-up, and shipping for digital orders.
Accurately placing order pickup and drive-up items on hold.
Preparing, packing, and sorting guest orders accurately and safely.
Delivering quality and timely service with each order.
Maintaining workspace organization and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Using equipment properly while adhering to safety guidelines.
Following safety protocols and regulations for product handling and storage.
Supporting guest services such as acting as a backup cashier and assisting with order pickups.
Adapting to other duties based on business needs.

We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success as a Fulfillment Associate, but there are some important skills we’re looking for:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
Ability to learn and adapt to current technology.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Quickly resolve guest inquiries.
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
Capability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to climb ladders safely.
Efficient handling and movement of merchandise, including lifting items up to 4 pounds without assistance, and team lifting heavier items.

The ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
Capability to remain mobile for the duration of your scheduled shift.
