What You’ll Do in Fulfillment
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a key role in our operations team. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests by efficiently processing orders. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Experience a dynamic work environment influenced by guest ordering patterns.
Develop skills in assessing business needs and utilizing tools to meet digital demand.
Gain knowledge of reporting systems that track digital traffic and adapt to changing guest needs.
Learn about retail fundamentals including sales trends, inventory management, and process improvement.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In your role, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing knowledgeable assistance about our products and services to enhance guest experiences.
Greeting guests warmly during your daily tasks to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Engaging with guests to understand and meet their specific needs.
Managing order pickups and ensuring that all orders are prepared and packed accurately.
Maintaining an organized workspace and keeping supplies stocked.
Using safety equipment properly and adhering to all safety guidelines.
Participating in guest services such as order pick up and Drive Up operations while ensuring compliance with local laws.
Completing any additional duties based on business needs.

Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
At least 18 years of age.

Experience working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Strong attention to detail and capability to follow multi-step processes.
Composure in a fast-paced environment to complete multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Information
