What you'll do

Be a Team Member:

Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert:

Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications and seasonality, and of POS systems, phone and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie:

Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions, safety alerts, product information, training; adapts to new tools and encourages others.

Be an Owner:

Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs; tracks and monitors returns and special orders; operates cash registers; processes transactions; works hand‑on; maintains accurate inventory; audits safety and compliance standards; reports complaints, hazards and problems; completes paperwork and logs; ensures merchandise is packaged, labelled, stored per company policies; identifies member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador:

Brand advocate valuing member experience, modelling high‑quality service, developing and inspiring others, respectful, supportive, team‑oriented, understanding roadblocks, and assisting training team members.

Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver's license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry, Retail Experience.
