Role Summary

The Thought Leader Liaison, Hematology is a remote-based role supporting Venclexta. The TLL will focus on engaging and maintaining relationships with leading hematology external experts across the assigned territory to provide critical insights that shape strategy and tactics. Additionally, this role partners with fellow commercial team members, agencies, legal, compliance, medical and co-marketing colleagues to successfully drive the business forward. The TLL must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority and contribute to building a collaborative and integrated commercial team. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain accountability for interactions and feedback with national and regional oncology hematology external experts Ensure external expert perspectives are shared and considered consistently across leadership and the Integrated Brand Team Manage planning and execution of marketing consultancy arrangements Engage in congress related engagement activities nationally, including supporting and executing any ongoing TL strategies and tactics Partner with internal cross functional partners including, and not limited to, sales, marketing, medical affairs, legal, compliance, and managed care Collaborate with brand to ensure speaker bureau fully staffed, trained, and aligned to educational needs Ensure a culture of compliance Develop and execute national and regional advisory boards in collaboration with brand team and co-promotion partners Partner to develop, refine, and execute the Venclexta External Expert Engagement strategy Contribute to the formation of regional strategies with cross-functional partners Participate in cross-functional project teams and/or supporting the Marketing Team and overall franchise Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s Degree; master’s degree preferred Required: Previous hematology experience Required: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, collaboration and data discussion skill sets Required: Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative and/or quantitative goals Required: Proven and thorough knowledge of commercial issues associated with highly competitive oncology therapeutic area Required: Business travel by air or car is regularly required Required: Position is remote based. The role requires the ability to work effectively while engaged in travel and delivering timely results Required: Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment Required: Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or biotech industry, specifically in oncology Preferred: Previous experience with hematology thought leaders with demonstrated access to key accounts Preferred: Previous experience developing productive insight collection group activities with top tier External Experts Preferred: Previous field management, marketing, or commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Preferred: Health care certification/qualification (e.g. APP, RN, RPh, other) Preferred: Advanced degree in life sciences Preferred: Thorough knowledge of Oncology market Preferred: Launch experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sale Skills
