KEY SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team and play a critical role in creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation. In this role, you will transform complex technical information into user-friendly content, including manuals, guides, and process documents, to support a wide range of audiences. Collaborating with technical teams and subject matter experts, you’ll ensure that all materials meet quality standards and effectively communicate essential information. Maintain and update existing documentation
Ensure all materials meet company standards
Conduct research to support documentation
Organize information in logical structures
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong writing and editing abilities
Proficiency in document formatting tools
Familiarity with content management systems
Ability to translate technical jargon into plain language
Experience with style guides (e.g., AP, MLA)
Attention to detail and accuracy
DESIRED SKILLS
Knowledge of technical tools (e.g., Markdown, XML)
Experience with graphics or design tools
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of emerging technologies or trends
