About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Development to provide strategic leadership for philanthropic efforts that support its expanding clinical enterprise. The successful candidate will lead a team of development professionals in securing annual, major, and principal gifts from various stakeholders, including patients, community supporters, and corporate partners. This senior role involves managing a significant prospect portfolio, driving outreach initiatives, and ensuring that philanthropic strategies align with institutional priorities. The Executive Director will also be responsible for mentoring frontline fundraisers, overseeing performance metrics, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in major and principal gift fundraising, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare philanthropy.
