Important Information

• This role covers 12 dialysis clinics south of Salt Lake and throughout Provo and surrounding counties. Autonomy to set schedule and expectations to be in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 12 dialysis centers, 200 teammates, and provide operational oversight.
• Strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities, monitor division performance, and collaborate with Divisional VP or SVP.
• Maintain P&L accountability ($18–25 MM ).
• Provide strategic operating plans, meet labor budgets, manage financial growth and service quality.
• Address top growth priorities, census management, and operational conversions on acquisitions.
• Review policies, devise solutions, and maintain awareness of competition.
• Lead a socially responsible business; live DaVita’s 7 core values.
• Collaborate with FAs in clinics to address employee and patient concerns.

Qualifications

• Leadership for multi-site operational business.
• Experience leading a unified team.
• Experience identifying and committing to growth in territory.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Available for moderate travel (25–50% overnight).
• Alignment with core values.
• Demonstrated understanding of business success and balancing patient and teammate satisfaction.
