What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Acquire new customers while managing a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV)

Conduct analytical and consultative sales cycles for messaging, voice, and email solutions

Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform

Negotiate contracts that meet customer needs while aligning with business objectives

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce CRM

What is Required (Qualifications)

3-4 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 2 years managing analytical products or solutions

Proven experience in direct selling of technical SaaS or CPaaS

Strong outbound prospecting skills into existing and new accounts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with telecom companies, including CPaaS and SMS aggregators

Familiarity with the retail industry

Previous software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS sales experience
