Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various lead sources.

Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique insurance requirements.

Present and sell Allstate insurance policies (Home, Auto, etc.) tailored to client needs.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Effectively manage client relationships to foster retention and encourage referrals.

Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to collective success.

Requirements

Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of successful insurance sales experience.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with insurance products and the Texas market.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
