Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs for auto, home, and life coverage.

Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that align with client requirements and K. Perry Group's offerings.

Effectively close sales by addressing client concerns and highlighting the value of our insurance products.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client onboarding.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance sales strategies.

Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements

Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Active Texas Life and Health license required.

Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in Auto, Home, and Life insurance.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and CRM software.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and client relationship management.
