Our client, a luxury jewelry boutique in NYC, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team! This individual will assist with sales operations, client services, inventory management, and staff coordination to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience for our clientele.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including deliberate decision-making and considering all relevant information before pursuing a course of action.

Think creatively and contribute ideas and feedback to ownership to increase sales and improve the client experience.

Manage, coach, and develop sales team members in relationship selling, product knowledge, repairs, and adherence to store procedures.

Maintain excellent customer relationships, selling skills, product knowledge, and adherence to company procedures, setting an example for the sales team.

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the sales staff.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and a luxury mindset.

Qualifications

Fine jewelry, diamond, and gemstone knowledge is a must.

Luxury retail experience in a similar role.

Passion for jewelry/fashion.

Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

$110k-130k + bonus commensurate of experience
