About Our Agency Our agency first opened its doors in 2000 and currently has a small, close-knit team of two dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm management operations, which gave me a deep understanding of how to support customers and run an efficient, service-driven office.
Im a proud graduate of College of El Paso, and our household keeps things lively were a house divided between Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M fans! Outside of the office, Im actively involved in various charitable initiatives and enjoy finding ways to give back to the community that supports us.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
