to support growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and elevate Regalcare’s presence throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources
Drive admissions and census growth across assigned Regalcare facilities
Represent Regalcare professionally in the community and at networking events
Collaborate closely with Admissions, Clinical, and Executive teams
Track market trends, referral data, and performance metrics
Support strategic initiatives to expand market share and brand visibility
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in healthcare business development, sales, or marketing
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts
Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven mindset
