Technical Documentation Specialist This role supports business unit experts by reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including datasheets, application notes, and product briefs.
Responsibilities
Proofread, edit, and format documents in MS Publisher, Adobe InDesign, and FrameMaker
Create graphs using MS Excel and Kaleida Graph
Create or edit/update schematics and drawings with MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
Collaborate with subject matter experts
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in technical copy editing/documentation
Experience editing technical material
Highly detail-oriented, multitasking, self-motivated with ownership over tasks and the initiative to complete both planned and last-minute projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical writing and editing proficiency
Experience with MS Publisher, Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, and Agile
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
Must work on-site in one of our USA offices
Additional Qualifications
Experience working for a semiconductor, systems, or software company
Experience creating graphics (required)
Deadline-driven and highly organized
Time management skills to prioritize work and meet organizational needs
Ability to work independently on multiple high-priority tasks
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry or electronics is a plus
Experience with Change Orders
