Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics or manufacturing focus)
or equivalent experience/training
3–5 years
in electronics manufacturing + Lean environments
5+ years
leading technical or operational CI initiatives
Demonstrated success leading
kaizen events
with measurable and sustained impact
Advanced skill with Lean tools: VSM, PDCA, SMED, Kanban, 5S, Poka Yoke, Standard Work, 3P, TPM, and transactional CI
Strong analytical, project management, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities
Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management skills in a matrixed environment
Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with a willingness to engage directly on the floor
Must be a
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
or otherwise eligible under INA requirements
