
Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and/or chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, orders, and general concerns Process transactions, updates, and service requests accurately Document customer interactions in internal systems Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining professionalism Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay ($18$20/hr) Medical, Dental and Vision insurance LNCS
