
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer Support & Communication Serve as the point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions. Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience. Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience, efficiency, and clarity. Escalate complex or unresolved matters to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed. Document customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions accurately in the system. Order & Account Management Enter and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing of all orders. Revise and update orders as needed to reflect customer requirements. Verify customer information and maintain confidentiality in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure customers are informed about product availability and shipping timelines. Administrative & Support Tasks Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to customer interactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Provide feedback on common issues to help improve processes and customer satisfaction. Required Skills High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, or office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficient in standard office software and basic computer applications. Physical Demands Long periods of work that primarily involve sitting. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
