The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various coating processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes on a variety of metals. The Painter will be responsible for applying coatings to surfaces, ensuring proper preparation, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process. Familiarity with different coating techniques, including electrostatic spraying, airless spraying, and brush or roller application. Strong knowledge of paint and coating materials, their properties, and proper mixing and application techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders. High attention to detail with an eye for quality finishes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow safety protocols in handling chemicals and equipment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment as needed.
