Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a family‑oriented culture. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in‑office and remote work.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually (depending on experience) plus commissions.

Responsibilities
Manage a $1 million premium book of standard personal lines accounts.
Quote new and renewal business (50/50 split).
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
2–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A team player with a drive to grow and succeed within the organization.
Current on Continuing Education (CE) requirements and in good standing with the Department of Insurance (DOI).
