
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for full gut renovations. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and experience working in occupied luxury buildings and high-end brownstones.

Description As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Oversee daily site operations for luxury interior renovations
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
Maintain strict quality control standards for high-end finishes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building rules
Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and designers
Proactively resolve field issues and sequencing challenges
Maintain clean, organized, client-ready job sites

Profile A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential interiors
Strong experience with gut renovations of townhomes, penthouses, and apartments
Knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn building logistics
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA certification preferred
