
My client is seeking a driven, strategic GTM Recruiter to build and scale our revenue organization. This role is ideal for a full cycle recruiter who thrives in high bar, fast moving environments and treats hiring as both craft and competitive advantage.
You will play a critical role in shaping the teams responsible for driving growth across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Operations.
What You Will Be Doing
Build and own full cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Growth, Operations, and Marketing Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies that consistently attract high signal candidates, going well beyond LinkedIn and traditional channels Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create structured scorecards, design thoughtful interview loops, and close top tier talent Serve as a strategic advisor by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations Ensure a world class candidate experience from first outreach through offer stage Use data to monitor pipeline health, time to fill, and conversion metrics Flex to support G&A recruiting as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team first mindset What We Are Looking For
3 to 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in high growth environments Proven success hiring for GTM functions including Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Growth, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success Strong sourcing ability and creativity in identifying passive, high quality talent Experience building structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and executive presence Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals What Success Looks Like
