
TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection have partnered with a global specialty chemicals company to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the Commercial Construction sector across Europe.
This is a high‑impact commercial role within the organisation, supporting growth across key construction markets. The position is fully remote within Europe and requires frequent travel across the region. The successful candidate will combine strong technical fluency within commercial construction applications with proven sales capability to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience. 3–5 years of successful territory sales experience within Commercial Construction. Experience managing the full sales funnel including prospecting, pipeline development and forecasting. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build long‑term customer relationships. Proficiency with CRM systems and strong IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region. Key Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, utilities, contractors and distributors across Europe. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to support sustained growth across the region. Lead sales activities including prospecting, qualification, account strategy and closing to deliver on revenue and margin targets. Prepare and present customer proposals, negotiating commercial terms in collaboration with the Sales Director. Provide technical and application support to customers, ensuring correct product usage and high levels of satisfaction.
