We are seeking a

Sales Manager

to join a rapidly growing global leader in

specialty chemicals

for the

construction

industry. This pivotal role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for driving business growth and managing high-value accounts across diverse regions.

As the

Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing

sales operations

across a key European territory, managing both existing relationships and driving new business development. You will leverage your

technical expertise

in construction chemicals to consult with clients and develop tailored solutions, while leading your sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development : Drive revenue growth through

new client acquisition , identifying

business opportunities , and expanding market presence within the

construction chemicals

sector.

Account Management : Manage key relationships across the construction industry, working closely with stakeholders in

waterproofing ,

adhesives ,

coatings , and

building materials .

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute

regional sales strategies , ensuring the achievement of sales targets, effective pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.

Technical Support : Provide

technical expertise

to clients, helping them leverage your company’s solutions for their specific construction needs.

Team Leadership : Lead and support a growing team of

sales professionals , driving performance through coaching, training, and effective management of the sales pipeline.

Market Insight : Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

Desired Experience & Skills

Proven experience in

sales

and

business development

within the

construction chemicals

or

building materials

industry.

Ability to manage a

sales territory

and lead

regional sales initiatives

with a focus on

new business growth

and

client acquisition .

Technical sales experience , ideally in

construction-related chemicals

(coatings, sealants, adhesives, etc.), with the ability to provide consultative solutions.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams and driving results in a competitive environment.

Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, etc.) are a plus.

Willingness to travel

up to 50%

within Europe.
