$60,000 to $100,000 Commission Split:

We are currently representing a fast-growing, asset-backed 3PL seeking experienced Cradle-to-Grave Freight Brokers who are ready to scale their book of business and significantly increase their earning potential.

Manage freight from cradle to grave Maintain and grow your active book of business Build long-term relationships with shippers and carriers Negotiate rates and manage daily operations independently Leverage internal support and TMS systems to scale your portfolio Drive weekly GP performance and long-term account growth

What We Are Looking For

Required

Minimum 2+ years of 3PL freight brokerage experience Active, portable book of business Demonstrated average weekly GP of $6,000 or more True cradle-to-grave experience Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running Not currently bound by a non-compete or non-solicit agreement Preferred

Cross-border experience including U.S., Canada, or Mexico Additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese Background in small to mid-size brokerages Important Disclaimer As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to verify historical Gross Profit production. Documentation or formal confirmation of average weekly GP may be requested before final offer stages.
