What You'll Do
We are in search of a talented Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Lead with in-depth expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, specifically focused on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). Familiarity with Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) is also advantageous.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion EPM solutions, emphasizing EPBCS and EDMCS.
Implementation & Optimization:
Champion the rollout of new features within Oracle EPM modules, ensuring best practices and optimal system configurations. Identify and resolve performance issues, enhancing system efficiency.
Integration & Data Management:
Guarantee seamless data flow between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems. Develop integration strategies with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or APIs, and establish data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Compliance & Security:
Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security best practices to uphold financial accuracy and support audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business leaders to convert requirements into actionable technical solutions. Offer leadership to development teams, facilitate user training, and drive change management initiatives.

Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to maximize operational efficiency and meet business goals. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Technology, leading our Oracle Fusion practice. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related area.
7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM architecture and implementation.
Proven ability to design and implement Oracle Fusion EPM solutions, particularly EPBCS and EDMCS.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Experience in developing and optimizing Groovy scripts for enhanced application performance.
Proficient in utilizing EPM Automate for efficient management of EPM Cloud applications.
Expertise in integrating EPM solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Experience in monthly metadata management and ensuring alignment with related systems, like FCC.
Strong focus on data accuracy and integrity in planning systems, including data reconciliation and necessary corrections.
Handling data interfaces from Oracle Cloud ERP and FCC into planning systems.
Management of Oracle EPB security, including user access, metadata, and version control.
Experience in maintaining Oracle EPB applications and planning artifacts.
Familiarity with Management Reports (MR) and SmartView.
Knowledge of Agentic AI is a big advantage.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders, enhancing their engagement with the system.
Stay informed on industry trends and Oracle EPM product advancements to promote best practices.

$156,400 - $195,600 annually, with starting pay contingent on geographic location, experience, and job-related knowledge. Sales roles may be eligible for commission based on performance, while other roles qualify for annual incentive plans linked to company performance.
