The Regional Route Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the Ohio territory. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives. Overview

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial or energy-related sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a regional route effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Leverage local trade events and ZoomInfo to identify new sales opportunities within the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor and report on sales opportunities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales forecasts. Collaborate closely with warehouse manager and local route driver to support book of business. Requirements
