About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity through design, and delivers consistent, user-centered experiences at scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping enterprise-level digital products, collaborating closely with internal client stakeholders to define, discover, and design impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end product design efforts for customer-oriented applications and platforms.

Facilitate strategic sessions with client peers and stakeholders as needed.

Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and business/user insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and ensure design intent is preserved.

Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across various teams and contexts.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-oriented product and app design.

Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers.

Strong UI and UX skills, including the ability to translate data into effective user experiences.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

Experience conducting ideation and proposing strategies to validate new ideas.

Strategic thinker willing to ask the right questions to uncover needs and deal with ambiguity.

Experience working in high-tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations.

Salary Range $95,200 — $107,800 USD
