In this fully remote role, you will support clients with travel research, coordinate reservations, and ensure every booking is accurate, seamless, and tailored to their needs. This position combines customer service, relationship management, and booking coordination. Your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional experience that builds long-term client loyalty. No previous travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training is provided. Primary Responsibilities

Process and manage travel bookings including flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services Provide clients with destination insights and general itinerary guidance Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and ensure accuracy Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms Maintain detailed and accurate client records and booking documentation Follow established booking procedures and service guidelines Support client retention by delivering responsive, personalized service What We Offer
