Leading manufacturer is seeking to fill the Receiving Clerk/Customer Service Representative position for its Huger, SC single-site steel coil processing plant. This is a receiving/customer service position where the employee performs diversified clerical and administrative duties.
Position Prerequisites
High school diploma/GED required Minimum two (2) years experience preferred; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be detail oriented standard verbal/written communication skills to interact with line workers, supervisors and managerial/adminstrative personnel. The Right Person
Possess dependability to be consistently at work and on time Possess working knowledge of filing methods, business English, spelling and arithmetic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Possess working knowledge and/or skill in word processing, spread sheets and other computer applications relevant to billing processing and administrative support Possess a “Team” mentality with ability to follow written and verbal instructions Possess good time management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paces environment Possess ability to process, maintain and disburse confidential and sensitive information Possess close visual acuity, near/far vision and upper limb coordination Possess ability to sit for extended periods during normal phase duties Possess light/medium (5-20 lbs.) lifting capabilities during normal phase duties Benefits
