We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of data-driven, full-funnel marketing strategies that support brand growth, demand generation, and revenue objectives. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can connect brand positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and performance marketing into a cohesive growth engine. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B branding and positioning, go-to-market launches, conversion strategy, and paid media, with the ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies that align brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue goals Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, new services, and market expansions Define and evolve brand messaging, value propositions, and positioning across digital channels Own conversion strategy across websites, landing pages, and campaign touchpoints, driving measurable performance improvements Plan, manage, and optimize paid media programs across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B channels Analyze funnel performance, campaign results, and audience behavior to inform optimization and investment decisions Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support pipeline growth and sales enablement Translate data and insights into clear recommendations for improving ROI, efficiency, and scalability Manage agencies, vendors, or external partners as needed to support execution Requirements Qualifications & Experience 58+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy within B2B environments Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution Hands-on experience with paid media strategy and management Proven success improving conversion rates and full-funnel performance Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
