Position Overview Responsible for managing the entire sales process for the SPIRRA.io AI-powered influencer marketing platform. Requires expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, product demonstrations, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify prospects, execute outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and maintain a robust pipeline.
Sales Development & Relationship Building: Conduct discovery calls, position SPIRRA's value proposition, handle objections, and nurture relationships.
Platform Demonstrations & Deal Closing: Deliver product demonstrations, create proposals, manage contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging.
Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Skills: Proficiency in lead generation tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha), consultative selling, technology platform sales, understanding of influencer marketing, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
Target Performance Metrics
Monthly outbound activity: 30-50 emails/day, 5-15 calls/day, 5-10 qualified meetings/week
Quarterly revenue target: 25%+ demo‑to‑close conversion rate
Annual objective: average 45‑day sales cycle
