POSITION SUMMARY: This position blends traditional sales administration with Salesforce platform ownership. You will be responsible not only for supporting our sales associates and leadership with day-to-day execution, but also for owning the systems, automation, reporting, and data integrity that drive forecasting, pipeline management, and customer experience. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary administrative support for the Sales organization, ensuring smooth execution from lead to contract across our three sales departments Own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules Create and implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports Implementation project management for new M&A – initial configuration, data migration, training & support for new users Work with sales reps to maintain accurate opportunity, account, and contact records in Salesforce Assist sales leaders with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and sales meetings Train end users, new associates, and key stakeholders on Salesforce and own communication of any platform changes REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong Salesforce product knowledge – a minimum of 2+ years experience of Salesforce Administration, including hands-on experience with Sales Cloud - Service Cloud experience preferred Proven ability to implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports Skilled in user and license management such as new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions Demonstrated success designing scalable, best practice solutions Strong track record in user enablement, including training and creating clear technical documentation Experience in change management and governance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Salesforce Administrator Experience supporting B2B sales teams, preferably in construction, HVAC, engineering, or professional services Experience working with quoting, contract management, or project handoff processes Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification WHY HAYNES:

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 per year
