Supervise and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management. Manage daily team operations, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with sales and project teams to define requirements and implement strategic plans. Maintain and grow client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. Monitor and report on service level performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues while managing client expectations. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years’ relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Experience within healthcare environments.
