have partnered with a top Facilities Services company who are seeking an experienced
Account Director
to join their team.
This role is responsible for managing teams, ensuring service excellence, and delivering against contractual and operational commitments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and develop a team through coaching, performance management, training, and recruitment Manage day-to-day team operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and deadline management Oversee delivery of client services to ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met or exceeded Own and manage relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and service improvements Partner with senior sales and internal stakeholders to define and deliver complex projects Monitor performance reporting and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams Act as a subject matter expert on systems, processes, and operational best practices Drive continuous improvement of processes, standards, and operational methods
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Proven leadership experience managing teams and client-facing operations Strong background in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management Ability to communicate effectively and handle complex or sensitive situations Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
