About Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Phoenix Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a locally owned restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and rebuild coordination. We’re known for fast response, clear communication, and doing things the right way — for homeowners, property managers, and referral partners.

The Role This is a field-based relationship sales role. You’ll build and maintain a referral network that produces consistent restoration opportunities across Phoenix and the East Valley. Your focus will be plumbers, property managers, insurance agent/adjuster relationships, and commercial accounts.

This is not a phone-only or “email sequence” sales job — it’s face-to-face, territory-based, and built on trust.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial accounts

Generate and track new opportunities in a CRM

Schedule lunches, jobsite visits, and regular follow-ups with partnersRepresent Voda at networking events and industry groups

Collaborate with operations to ensure great customer experience

Promote water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation services

What Success Looks Like

30 days: target list built, meetings booked, consistent daily activity

60 days: 15–25 active relationships, early job flow

90 days: $30K–$60K/month new production (trending upward)

6 months: $60K–$100K/month steady new production

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in field sales, territory sales, or relationship-based business development

Comfortable walking into businesses, introducing yourself, and following up

Organized and consistent — you track your pipeline and next steps

Professional communicator (you can talk to trades and commercial stakeholders)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

Restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or other contractor-related sales

Commercial services sales (janitorial, facilities, security, etc.)

Existing Phoenix network in property management or trades

Compensation Competitive base + commission (OTE $80K–$120K+ for strong performers).
