
Our client, a Skincare Company, is seeking a remote Marketing Operations Manager to join the team on a PT basis, up to 20 hours per week.
Job Overview: Marketing Operations & Project Management
Build and maintain detailed timelines and task plans in Asana tied to the master marketing calendar
Ensure every initiative has clear ownership, deadlines, and cross-team visibility
Lead weekly workflow management and proactively unblock stalled projects
Keep leadership informed on timelines, priorities, and progress
Serve as the “operating system” that keeps marketing moving efficiently
Support leadership and manage the CEO’s marketing-related to-do lists and priorities
E-Commerce & Shopify Management (DTC + PRO)
Own the website as a conversion tool and revenue driver
Manage day-to-day Shopify operations including:
Discount codes & promos
Campaign and landing pages
QA the site before and during launches to ensure accuracy and functionality
Coordinate with developers, designer, and copywriter on fixes, enhancements, and optimizations
Support both
consumer (DTC)
and
professional (PRO)
needs
Launch & Campaign Execution
Project manage product launches and promotions from brief to go-live
Coordinate assets across web, social, paid, PR, and PRO channels
Maintain launch checklists and ensure on-time deployment
Support webinar pages, campaign pages, and signup experiences
Ensure all teams have assets and information in advance of deadlines
PR, Events & Brand Marketing Support
Assist with PR coordination including sample sends, media requests, or mailers
Support planning and logistics for events, webinars, education sessions, trade shows, and PRO activations
Coordinate marketing collateral and printed materials (sell sheets, signage, event kits, decks, samples)
Help ensure brand messaging is consistent across both digital and offline touchpoints
Support photoshoots and content days by organizing assets and timelines
