The Opportunity
We are building a roster of experienced Event Producers and Production Companies to lead the build and execution of multiple branded pop-up activations at a winter event. This role is ideal for producers or teams who thrive in high-energy outdoor environments and understand the logistics, creativity, and operational precision required to execute premium brand activations in snow conditions.
Scope of Work
Lead end-to-end production of branded pop-up builds (10x10s, 20x20s, custom footprints)
Manage vendor sourcing, fabrication, permitting, and logistics
Oversee load-in/load-out and on-site execution
Coordinate cross-functionally with brand partners and internal creative teams
Ensure activations meet brand standards, safety protocols, and guest experience goals
Develop contingency plans for weather and mountain-specific conditions
Manage budgets, timelines, crew staffing, and production schedules
Required Experience
5+ years producing large-scale brand activations, festivals, or outdoor events
Strong understanding of power distribution, structural considerations, and snow-load / wind factors Experience managing crews, fabrication teams, and venue stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly in changing environmental conditions
Willingness to work long days on-site during event week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing at ski resorts or mountain venues
Knowledge of cold-weather materials and infrastructure best practices
Existing vendor relationships in California
OSHA or comparable safety certifications
Additional Information
Open to solo producers or established production companies
Travel required in December
Must carry appropriate insurance for live event production
Potential for ongoing collaboration on future Lilac projects
