Brief Description Digital Media Manager – Omni Retail

Position Overview The Digital Media Manager – Omni Retail is a business owner responsible for driving success for his/her clients. This includes managing project schedules and deliverables, working with clients to build successful Omnichannel marketing strategies, developing client relationships, building and managing retailer paid search media plans, and working with internal teams to ensure our services consistently exceed client expectations. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Be a media expert and provide strategic direction to your clients' business

Work with sales team to drive overall revenue growth across retailers such as Walmart, Target, Grocery Channels, Instacart, Amazon, etc.

Own media strategy, planning and execution across retail media network platforms and API solutions (i.e. Pacvue, Skai)

Forecast spend and performance to align with client business goals

Build paid search, onsite and offsite display media plans for clients’ eCommerce business across multi‑retailers

Oversee and lead Media Specialist(s) to support daily advertising initiatives

Provide optimization recommendations based on performance and execute the changes in platform

Provide client’s media reporting, analysis and insights on paid media campaigns

Manage Retail Media Network partnerships, annual ad planning and negotiations with vendors such as Walmart Connect, Roundel, Criteo, Instacart, 8541, etc.

Required Experience And Education

4+ years experience in: Paid search, display and omnichannel retail marketing

Experience with programmatic buying via The Trade Desk or a similar platform

Client or account management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to turn insights into actions, with strong story‑telling capabilities

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to self‑motivate and work in a fast‑changing business environment

Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into the details; a “can‑do” attitude

Comfortable in spreadsheets, reporting, and analysis

Bachelor's Degree or higher
