Description Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to step into the acquisitions side of the business and build a consistent, numbers-driven real estate pipeline. If you enjoy identifying opportunities, having direct conversations, and working inside a structured team environment, this is a strong path to grow while earning rewarding commissions.

You will work closely with experienced producers to identify acquisition opportunities and build strong relationships with homeowners and investors. You will learn to analyze properties, structure offers, negotiate with clarity, and move transactions from initial conversation through closing with confidence. The focus is on building a repeatable real estate business through daily activity, follow-up, and clear criteria rather than guesswork.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Responsibilities

Find acquisition properties

Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network

Investment property lead generation

Investment property lead follow‑up

Listing appointments

Investment property buyer and seller sales

Execute appointments

Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed

Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

Qualifications

A real estate license is required

Great communication

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

Compensation $160,000 at plan commissions
