Based remotely with travel across North America, you will contribute directly to the growth of Arxada’s **Materials Protection** business by shaping long‑term customer partnerships, introducing innovative solutions, and championing customer‑centric collaboration across our Commercial, Technical, and Product Management teams. Working in a market defined by sustainability, regulatory complexity and ongoing industry transformation, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while helping drive Arxada’s continued growth.**Essential Job Functions*** Lead the full sales cycle for assigned plastics accounts, including prospecting, technical discussions, value‑based selling, negotiations and closing.* Strengthen strategic customer relationships by conducting regular visits, business reviews and technical collaboration sessions.* Partner closely with Technical Service, R&D and Product Management to translate customer needs into targeted technical and commercial solutions.* Monitor industry and regulatory trends (e.g., sustainability, FDA, EPA, TSCA) to inform customer strategy and opportunity development.* Drive strong commercial execution through accurate forecasting, CRM management, pricing strategy and cross‑functional alignment with Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service.**Qualifications & Experience*** 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or technical sales within chemicals, plastics additives, polymer science or materials engineering.* Strong understanding of the plastics value chain, including compounding, masterbatch, and processing technologies (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding).* Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling commercial value propositions.* Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and customer relationship expansion.* Excellent communication, negotiation and business planning skills, with CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar).* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering or related field preferred.* Willingness to travel 30–50% across North America.**The expected salary range for this role is *97,000-136,00k***
