You will bring hands‐on technical expertise directly to customers in the field, helping them adopt our innovations and strengthen their biosecurity practices.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, builds trust with partners, and brings a gritty, entrepreneurial mindset to driving results. You will be a vital part of our mission to support integrators, applicators, and distributors with practical guidance, reliable insights, and strong customer partnership ultimately enhancing the impact of Arxada’s solutions across the poultry value chain.## Essential Job Functions* Develop and execute field-level strategies to grow Arxada’s poultry segment and expand market share.* Support the positioning and adoption of new biosecurity innovations in the field.* Lead field trials, including trial design, setup, implementation, and conversion into commercial business.* Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, applicators, and distributors.* Provide timely, hands‐on technical support to customers and integrators.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, TS&D, R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.* Travel approximately 60%, with seasonal peaks requiring increased presence.## Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field.* 3–5 years of hands‐on experience in poultry production.* 1–5 years of sales experience in the animal health industry.* Experience working with poultry growers, commercial applicators, and integrators.* Strong communication, relationship‐building, and organizational skills.* Self‐motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently to drive impact.The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
