ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2018 after working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience needed to build a strong, people-focused office. Our team includes three members, and we’ve created a fun, positive environment where energy and teamwork are part of everyday life. We’re a basketball family — with my son playing at the University of Maryland — and we love to travel, which reflects the competitive spirit and curiosity we bring into our work. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Autumn Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
