
Real Estate Paralegal

Overview We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Denver, CO. Responsibilities
Under the supervision of in‑house real estate attorneys, review real estate contracts, draft amendments, review title commitments and exception documents, and review surveys and plats.
Draft title objection letters, track contract deadlines, and prepare documents for closings, coordinating completion of closings with title company personnel and various divisions.
Monitor ongoing compliance of transactions with company land acquisition policies.
Perform other miscellaneous assigned duties such as researching various legislation, statutes and regulations related to real estate in various jurisdictions.
Requirements
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Title experience and at least 2 years of prior experience working with transactional real estate deals as a paralegal or for a title company.
Prior experience working with home builders or developers preferred.
Ability to work under pressure, multi‑task, stay organized, analyze and advise management as issues arise.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, be detail‑oriented, organized, a team player and work well with division personnel, lawyers, title companies and corporate executives.
Must be able to work in Denver, CO—this is NOT a remote position.
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000
FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt
Bonus Type: Year‑end Discretionary
