Mid‑Level Designer We’re seeking a multi‑faceted designer to collaborate with our team on e‑Commerce websites, web/mobile apps, brand identity systems, and any other interactive, marketing, and communication challenges that design can solve. This role is on an ongoing, retainer basis and will involve leading and executing digital‑focused projects such as e‑Commerce experiences, extending visual guidelines to new assets, and researching and applying e‑Commerce best practices to all designs.
As part of our design team, you will help shape intuitive user experiences through wire‑framing, mapping user flows and navigation, and developing micro‑interactions. UX and UI skill set, including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.

Experience designing for omnichannel, including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, and campaigns.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Webflow is a plus.

3–5 years of digital design experience; prior agency experience is preferred.

Account Manager The Account Manager (AM) is the connector between clients and our team. You will manage the day‑to‑day relationship with assigned accounts, ensuring clients feel supported and projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact, responding quickly and clearly to emails and Basecamp messages.
Schedule and run client meetings; prepare agendas, take notes, and send recaps with documented next steps.
